Custom Sportswear
Grif's Print House offers 100% customizable sportswear. Grif's Print House offers a start to finish service, from design to production to shipping, we do it all. All of our jerseys are printed, cut, and sewn in the U.S.A. allowing us to offer extremely high quality products with an unbeatable turnaround time. These are made using the dye sublimation process meaning they will never crack, never peel, and never fade. This also means we have slim to no limitations on design colors and detail.
Direct to Garment
The direct-to-garment (DTG) process digitally prints your design directly onto the garment digitally to create highly detailed images on a garment with an excellent feel. DTG printing has now limitation on color, design, and no minimum order quantity. DTG is typically used on cotton t-shirts and sweatshirts. Grif's Print House specializes in DTG printing.
Heat Applied Transfers
Grif's Print House uses heat applied transfers when dtg or dye sublimation is not a good fit. Screen printed transfers are used for apparel ordered in quanties of 50 or more with 1-3 colors. Digitally printed transfers are used on hard to print garments such as polos, joggers, headwear, or 100% polyester.
Cut and Sew Dye Sublimation
We primarily use dye sublimation for custom sportswear, but the possibilities with dye sublimation are endless. Select from one of our sewing patterns, or we can use your own. The process starts with the design being printed onto sublimation fabric, then heat pressed onto fabric using a colander heat press, after the garment pieces are laser cut, then finished by being sewn together. Every step is in done in the U.S.A. providing unbeatable speed.
Embroidery
Embroidery sews thread directly onto a garment to create a textured 3d graphic that is extremely durable. Embroidery is used on headwear, polos, and premium apparel or sportswear.
